AUDIOBODY

AudioBody is the fusion of physical comedy, and technology. Armed with a collection of futuristic instruments brothers, Matt and Jason Tardy, take the stage in an attempt to create the ultimate musical performance, only to find themselves at odds with their own unruly musical inventions. Sibling rivalry, technological mishaps and outrageous happenings collide on stage to create a show full of relentless comedy, amazing stunts, up-beat music, and even a few accidental moments of pure visual beauty.

RANDY JUDKINS

A rubber-necked gawky perspective on life here in Maine, with a “little” help from the audience, Randy creates a show of hilarious predicaments. He has presented in over 20 U.S. states, Canada, and Europe. He has instructed at the Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Clown College in Florida. Randy has served as a character consultant for Tri-Star Pictures and a Circus of the Stars trainer in Hollywood, CA. He has wished America "Good Morning!" on ABC TV's Good Morning, America. Phyzgig celebrates a grand vaudeville tradition that dates back hundreds of years

The physical comedy festival began with a series of performances of Avner the Eccentric in 1997. During the next few years, the festival expanded to the point where it now offers Portland audiences a great opportunity to chase away post-holiday blues with a family-oriented week of music and magic, mirth and mayhem. Each performance is a mini-festival unto itself, showcasing the work of three to seven vaudeville entertainers.

Phyzgig is presented by Acorn Productions, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
