SCENE STUDY

taught by Stephanie Ross

Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. (begins 4/7)

Cost: $160/$135

This class is based on the idea that great acting is a result of the proper interpretation of a role. Students will focus on a step by step technique for scene analysis developed by David Mamet and William H. Macy. The proper analysis of a role results in a playable action for the actor. This class is for actors at any level that are interested in a technique that approaches a role from a practical standpoint. We will be analyzing and acting out several scenes throughout the course.
“I believe your training will enable me to become a professional working actor, which is my goal.” – Cieran Trainor-Brigham
